Recruitment Business Partner

We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to attract talent in Europe, focusing on the Netherlands.

You'll deliver excellent recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers and are responsible for all aspects of the recruitment cycle (from A to Z). The Recruitment Business Partner will provide recruitment advice and strategies, data, and recommendations to hiring managers. You'll also be focussing on Diversity & Inclusion.

You have

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition function within a multinational organization.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experienced in sourcing candidates locally (Netherlands), as well as internationally.
• Experienced in strong stakeholder management, and able to use your circle of influence at all levels within the business.
• A proven track record in recruitment across all levels.
• Knowledge of Workday is a big plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
